摘要：
No matter when, in order to face and deal with the fierce competition in society, our college students should own active innovation thinking and strong innovation ability. In this paper, the present cultivation situation and the restricting factors of the contemporary college students' innovative consciousness and innovative ability are analyzed. And treating environment engineering students as an example to discuss how to cultivate and develop college students' innovative consciousness and innovative ability in this paper.
