摘要：
The cultivation of the college students' scientific and technical innovation capability is an important approach to cultivate talents. This paper elaborates on the importance of cultivating innovative capability of college students, analyzes the problems which exist in the college students' scientific and technical innovative capability, and discusses the cultivation mode of college students' scientific and technical innovative capability.
