摘要
Two kinds of self-made microporous aggregates were applied to replace the tabular corundum aggregate, alumina-magnesia castables were prepared, and effect of microporous aggregates on the properties of alumina-magnesia castable was studied. The results show that the apparent porosity of lightweight castable is higher than that of tabular corundum castable due to the decrease of bulk density (BD), however, its permanent linear change (PLC) and thermal conductivity are smaller, strength is also higher; In term of the over-all slag resistance performance, the lightweight castable with composite microporous aggregate is better.
