摘要
In the world of banking, in which each client is the largest value of the bank, it is important to develop mechanisms for identifying needs of each client, make clients satisfied by anticipating their needs and customize a set of banking products and services, putting the client clearly understands that his satisfaction with the bank on first place. Achieving these goals should be one of the biggest challenges of the application of the concept Customer Relationship Management and Business Intelligence in banking which is covered in detail in this paper.
