摘要
The customers include the final consumers, suppliers, owners, employees and other partners in this paper. The critical technologies of business intelligence-based customer relationship management(BICRM) are discussed, and the integrated framework of BICRM is proposed as well. It is believed that the integration of CRM with BI can resolve the problem of "rich data but poor information", and enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises so as to beat all other competitors in the fierce competition.
