摘要：
In order to study the development capacity of hi-tech enterprises, this paper studies the evaluation index system of hi-tech enterprises' development capacity, reviews the assessing methods for this topic, then analyzes and evaluates the development capacity of 25 hi-tech enterprises in Hunan.
