摘要
As synthesis of operating resources in multinational enterprises, foreign direct investment (FDI) has become an important carrier for technology transfer and diffusion from the developed countries to the developing countries. Technology spillover of FDI has affected technological innovation of high-tech enterprises in our country. In this paper, technology spillover has been divided into perceptible spillover and recessive spillover, and the relationship between technology spillover of FDI and technology innovation of high-tech enterprises has been studied with intellectual capital being an intermediary variable. The results show that both perceptible spillover and recessive spillover have affected technological innovation through intermediary influence of intellectual capital, while recessive spillover does not have a direct influence. Therefore, we have made some addition to the theory of technological innovation in high-tech enterprises in our country, as well as shedding light on how to cultivate and improve innovative capacity.
