A study of the transnational corporation crisis management

Business environment of the transnational corporations increasingly become complicatedly and changes rapidly. Because of this environment, there are more and more uncertain factors included in enterprise management decision which making becomes higher difficulty than before. In addition, enterprises are entangled with kinds of misapprehensions because of asymmetry of information and form various enterprise crisis management Consequently, to some extent, the disadvantages in transnational corperation crisis management greatly keep this kind of corperation-operation from changing better. In that situation, based on the study of the transnational corperation crisis management, the paper calls for enhancing consciousness of the crisis management, besides gives some references on treatment and forewarning of it.
