Research on the Application of Fuzzy Control Theory in Transnational Corporation Governance

Viewing from the source of the current financial crisis, manager's greed is the heart of the corporation governance issues, there are huge loopholes in the governance mode and governance of the current corporations especially the transnational corporations cannot solve the consistency problem between the manager's objectives and enterprise's objectives without regulating manager's greed effectively. This paper analyzes literature based on this point and offers the research and analysis methods combining quantitative and qualitative, and raises the problem in corporation's governance especially transnational corporation governance with the application of fuzzy control theory. And then emphasizes the analysis of the application possibility of the fuzzy control theory in corporation's governance, at last this paper discusses the application of the model, and puts forward several solutions of building an executive monitoring and an early warning information system based on the fuzzy control mode in transnational corporation's governance combing data base system and data mining technology.
