摘要
With the process of China's industrialization and urbanization, the new generation of migrant workers has gradually become an integral force of urban employment. However, a number of empirical studies demonstrate that the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers is undesirable. Considering the significance of government function, government would play a vital role in improving the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers. With an aim to creating a favorable employment environment for the new generation of migrant workers and thus improving their employment quality, this paper discusses the optimization of the government management measures on this topic at the macro level, providing suggestions for the decision-making of labor and social security department in the government.
