摘要
Migrant workers from rural areas are the main force of construction troop in China. They play a positive role for the development of construction industry. Employment modes of migrant workers and management issues of construction migrant workers are analyzed. There is closeable link between status quo of migrant workers management and reform of construction labor employment system. Deficiency and shortcoming of management measures of migrant workers at this stage are discussed. Systemic solution of management issues of construction migrant workers is proposed. Perfecting management of construction migrant workers should be integrated with reform of labor employment system. Labor subcontracting enterprises would be a dominant force of migrant workers management. And we must promote converting construction migrant workers into modern industrial workers of construction. It is good to establish a harmonious and efficient labor employment system. And it is helpful for healthy and sustainable development of construction industry.
