摘要：

Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is a severe eruption chiefly induced by drugs. We report a rare case of AGEP occurring after treatment with phenobarbital. A 22-year-old woman developed febrile exanthematous pustulosis eruption after treatment with phenobarbital for cerebral tuberculoma. A diagnosis of phenobarbital-induced AGEP was made on the basis of a skin biopsy and of likely intrinsic imputability of I3 (C3 S3). Complete regression of lesions was obtained after withdrawal of the phenobarbital. (C) 2018 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
