摘要
Implementation of the strategy usually involves a change of employment responsibilities or powers of checks and balances. Strategic change can be a major opportunity or a significant guidance for people in the organization and thus for implementing the strategy itself. With the knowledge revolution and the transition to knowledge-based economy, human resources play an increasingly important. Its importance derives from the recognition that the main category of resources will be knowledge and intellectual capital. It consists of accumulations and flows of knowledge available to an organization. Therefore, more than ever, human resource development has become crucial. The main objective of the research is to highlight the Romanian manager's opinion regarding the importance of strategic planning, organizational change, the emphasis upon key strategic resources of the future, and also upon the importance of the manager-subordinate relationship in the context of strategic changes and the main triggers of conflict within this context.
