摘要
Educational Online Games can demonstrate the collaboration of learning and real-life experiences through the objectives of enabling users to achieve the learning outcomes. More recently, however, research has revealed that in comparison to Massively Multiplayer Online Games (MMO), Educational Online Games are lacking in the affective domain where it relates to users' motivational aspects; emotions, moods and attitudes towards the learning objective. In this article, the author will discuss the possible method to implement the MMO approach into Educational Online Games in order to enhance users' affective learning experiences. The results of this study shows a various qualitative perspectives and users' viewpoints towards this new idea. The contribution illustrates a new concept where the author proposes a framework that can be used by educational game developers to improve users' affective learning in educational games.
