摘要
This study apply house of matrix (HOM) and risk matrix to quantify the process of inter-organizational tacit knowledge transfer (ITKT), and through visualized matrix to correlate influence factors with knowledge management tactics. Using HOM tool to compute tactic priorities, which service to the design of tacit knowledge management tactic. Lastly, risk matrix is used to assess and reduce the potential risks during the process of ITKT.
