摘要
Global climate changing has brought increasingly serious environmental problems to the whole world. Carbon emission project management plans are made in China in response to the global actions of reducing emissions. Based on the background of the development of carbon trading markets in China, this paper studies the carbon emission project management, which concentrate on the realization of China's emission reduction targets by dropping 40% 45% of carbon emission intensity in 2020 than that in 2005. Improved IPAT model is proposed to calculate the carbon emission intensity. Grey prediction model is used to draw the carbon intensity data of 2020. We also discuss the development of seven carbon trading markets in China. Moreover, some practical low-carbon economy development suggestions are put forward to promote the carbon emission project management and to achieve the global sustainable development.
