Present situation, problems and strategy of technology import

In the world today, the competition for the synthetic national power is taken as the focus of international competition. As main part of synthetic national power, the advancement of sciences and technology of China lags behind the developed countries, and thus, the import of technology is a key factor to reduce the distinction between China and the developed countries. This paper provides an analysis of the current situation of import, the problems existing in import, the causes of the problems and put forward some strategies for improving the import of technology.
