The researches on framework of Extranet based strategic supply chain alliance

With the continuous development of supply chain Management, it increasingly arouses businessmen and researcher's concern. Under E-commerce environment, it is one of the most important strategies for a company to participate into a supply chain cooperative alliance in order to acquire competitive advantages. In this paper, based on a study about operational mechanism of Extranet based supply chain Alliance system of a company, a possible systematic framework and starting points for establishing such alliance are proposed. This paper also analyses and discusses the advantages of the alliance and problems to be tackled in details.
