摘要
The competition of construction market grows more and more fiercely at home and abroad currently. Chinese construction contract market has turned into a part of international engineering market since China joined WTO. This situation intensifies the competition pressure of domestic construction enterprise. A hypothesis is mostly implied in the study of Construction Supply Chain Management model in the past, which the cooperation of supply chain enterprise is just conducted centering on a project. But the fact is that large-scale construction enterprises put EPC in practice, and always carry on many projects at the same time, so that enterprises locate in several project supply chain and become to the core enterprise in the supply chain. How to make the multi-projects core enterprises in the supply chain work more excellently in supply chain management is an issue according with current industry situation. This paper puts forward the multi-project supply chain management mode which aims at EPC construction mode.
