摘要：
The lever of construction project management is low in China. It dose not adapt the development of economic. Respective the manufacturing industry, this paper try to induct the advanced management method into construction project management. From the idea and method of agile supply chain, this paper introduces the growing of agile supply chain (ASC) in accordance with the theory of agile supply chain as, well as the current management system of construction project management. Then, a new model of the construction project management was put forward based on agile supply chain and several basic problems that need to be solved were discussed.
