摘要
Groupon group-buying business model promotes the development of the tertiary industry e-commerce market. This group-buying model has obvious advantages. But it can be easily copied. Thousands of Groupon clones are not all robust. And some bad clones triggered a number of crises. These crises seriously affect the healthy development of the industry. Group-buying adding LBS business model not only has the superiorities as Groupon group-buying model but also can avoid the disadvantages to a certain extent. And it has great development potential.
