Study on the Development of Offshore Service Outsourcing in Heilongjiang Province in China: Based on the Mode of SWOT Analysis

In recent years, many enterprises are fond of offshore outsourcing with its low resource consumption, less pollution, and intensive employment in Heilongjiang Province. However, there are also some threats and challenges in the process of development including the financial crisis, the currency appreciation, rising labor costs and so on. In order to solve these problems, more efforts should be taken that include the cultivation of high-quality talent, the incubation of young companies with great support, strengthening the protection of intellectual property and implementation of brand strategy.
