Collaborative consultation: International applications of a multicultural feminist approach

This article describes a multicultural feminist collaborative consultation international approach in postcommunist societies in transition. The authors address how Western and Eastern divergent values can impact the consultation process. Development of collaborative consultation and the contributions of multicultural and feminist theories are discussed. Finally, the authors offer working principles and mechanisms for effective consultation practice.
