China's Rural Micro-credit: On the Model Comparison and Selection

摘要
The research discusses the basic features, basic principles and the economic ideas of the rural microfinance, on the basis of the theory of rural financial development. In the beginning of the topic selection for the thesis, the author investigates and researched the microfinance company in the county of Pingyao in Shanxi province, and interviewed the loan partner of the microfinance company. Through the realization of management state, work environment, arrangement of employee, organizational structure, management system, and so forth, this research analyzed the recent advances of the development of microfinance in China. Through the research of specific individual case and the comparison of microfinance model and different micro finance models in the same country, This paper stress the choice of the microfinance model in China and the development directions of perfecting microfinance system.
