摘要：
Deepening the rural finance reform is of great significance regarding realization of the overall planning of city and countryside and the solving the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. The development of micro credit' is helpful in realize rural finance multiplication. This article describes the domestic and foreign micro credit theories and carries on analysis mainly aiming the rural micro credit development by the financial organs. Restriction factors of the Liaoning rural micro credit development and certain strategies are proposed.
