摘要
The customer satisfaction evaluation is an important method of enterprise quality evaluation. The tool of customer satisfaction index has been widely applied in service appraisals of enterprise and other organizations. The international experience indicated that if the average GDP per person surpassed 1000 dollars, the rapid growth period of the various demand for public service will appear. Providing the public service of people's satisfaction is the service-Oriented government's important target. Based on the service-oriented government's goal and its practice, this paper makes a positive analysis of Influencing factors of customer satisfaction index and proposes the reasonable indicator system of customer satisfaction evaluating to public service, finally, it gives a fuzzy evaluation model of customer Satisfaction index to make empirical analysis.
