The Analysis of Citizens' Satisfaction with Environmental Public Services and Its Influencing Factors

摘要
This paper empirically analyzes the satisfaction with environmental public services and its influencing factors by using factor analysis method and ordered logit model based on the survey data. The results indicate several policy implications. From the perspective of individuals, age, education level, family size, income, health status and environmental conditions have important impacts on the citizens' satisfaction with environmental public services. From the perspective of different regions, the relationship between the level of economic development and the citizens' satisfaction presents followed inverse-U shape. Local fiscal autonomy has a significant effect to promote the level of citizens' satisfaction with environmental public services.
