摘要
With the depth of the Internet, online shopping has become more and more common, customer service voice work has become more and more important. Improve customer satisfaction level, competition for customer resources has become an online shopping platform to enhance the competitiveness of the market an important means. The factors that affect customer satisfaction are numerous and complex. If the customer service staff cannot grasp the key factors in improving the customer satisfaction, the customer satisfaction will be reduced to the customer service staff. And even affect the customer's trust and loyalty to the enterprise. This paper explores the relationship between customer satisfaction and various factors through the ISM analysis of the factors affecting customer satisfaction in customer service voice work, and partly to provide customer service personnel with better service quality to help customers.
