摘要
Complex thinking seeks an awareness, proposing a new organization in the system of knowledge ideas thus linking knowledge. Thus, the question is: how are the elements, that emerge from the initial teacher education field of studies, articulated and how are it's relationships present in educational phenomena formed? The general objective of this work is to map the constituent elements of the initial formation in order to demonstrate this articulation. The research is qualitative, exploratory and descriptive, it provides both analytical and critical reflection. As results achieved, we present the elaboration of a diagram, the indication of information that compose the conception of man, the theory of education and the conception of society in the aspects that are coherent with the complex thought; the consideration that perceptions, experiences, beliefs and values of the researcher influence the research, as well as the need for a reform of thought that makes it possible to reconnect and interconnect knowledge, the understanding that the human condition as an individual / species / society requires attention in relation to their conviviality and life on the planet; this work is based on the fundaments of the systems theory, cybernetics and the concept of organization based on complexity and accept knowledge subject to uncertainty and the unexpected.
