Study on Technological Innovation Management Mode and Optimized Path of Resource-based SMEs in West China Based on Capability

摘要
The features of technological innovation management of resource-based SMEs in West China are complexity, diversity and coordination. This paper divides the innovation capability into nature resources access capability, technology innovation capability, market integration capability based on capability and combines the three together. It puts forward three types of technology innovation management modes: basic technology innovation management mode; capability combination technology innovation management mode; and strategic planning technology innovation management mode, and find optimized path to these three modes.
