摘要：
In the current context of technological development and great uncertainty of competitive environment, "open innovation" has gradually become the dominant mode of technological innovation. This paper probes into the opportunities and challenges faced by the SMEs in West China in the open innovation environment as well as the countermeasures and steps of management of technological innovation baked on open innovation.
