摘要：

On the base of content of business capacity, this paper builds evaluation index of technology innovation capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). By applying principal component analysis and factor analysis, the practical and feasible methods for evaluating technology innovation capacity of SMEs is put forth.
