摘要
The capability of independent innovation, exogenous technical cooperation, and achievement transformation were indispensable factors to form technological innovation capability. This paper applied AHP and questionnaire survey to evaluate the technological innovation capability of western agricultural resource-based enterprises; it analyzed independent innovation capability, exogenous technical cooperative capability, and achievement transformation capability comprehensively in order to avoid one-sided and isolated technological innovation capability evaluation of agricultural resource-based enterprises.
