摘要
Technical innovation is the fundamental of enterprise competitiveness, is the core ability to cultivate enterprise, strengthen enterprise long-term competitive advantage. Technological innovation deficiency is a restricted the development of enterprises in our country, and serious impact on the enterprise's development in the future. Based on the TongXin Mining Industry Development Co. Ltd. of the actual situation,this paper has established a set of scientific evaluation index system, then using entropy method to predict the comprehensive evaluation value of technology innovation ability .And according to the results of analysis for improving enterprise technology innovation ability
