摘要：
In order to overcome the disadvantages of single index and non-adequate indices evaluation, this paper applied Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to evaluate the relative efficiency and gave the optimal orders of real estate projects, provided the reference for the justice and science decision making of different projects for decision-makers.
