摘要：
Large investment and high risk are real estate companies' characteristics, so financial supervision is more important in real estate companies than any other companies. It is necessary to build financial monitor environment to watch the behavior of managers. Selecting respective indexes to construct the estimate indexes system of environment, adopting AHP to fix the weight. Then to build a environment estimate system model.
