摘要：

At present, the real estate industry develops rapidly. But at the same time, there are many problems in real estate enterprises. This paper chooses the data of nine listed real estate companies which are from different regions, and makes an empirical study of their performance based on DEA model. Through the effective analysis of DEA and scale-benefit analysis, this paper makes an objective measure of the input and output efficiency of these enterprises. And through the slack variable analysis, this paper provides a method for listed companies to improve efficiency.
