摘要
Primary control is a service purchased by transmission system operators which is becoming more important. This article describes a new technique - developed by E.ON Wasserkraft GmbH - which can be used to implement a primary control by run-of-river power stations. It has the advantage to avoid cost-intensive modifications at the existent turbine controllers.
