摘要
The phase transition of pyrochlore structure in Bi2O3-ZnO-Nb2O5 system was investigated, Samples of compositions (Bi3xZn2-3x)(ZnxNb2-x)O-7(0.4 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0.67) were prepared by solid state reaction method, Quenching technique and X-ray diffraction technique were used to determine the cubic alpha and monoclinic beta pyrochlore phase and alpha-beta transition. The influence of calcining temperature and calcining time on the pyrochlore formation was studied. The alpha-beta phase transition mechanism was discussed.
