The Innovation Development Path of Small and Micro Enterprises: From the Perspective of Service System Build-Up

Since the concept of small and micro enterprises was presented, this form of business has become a hot issue in economic research. Much literature has been concentrating on the difficulties in financing and most suggestions are based on the innovation of financing channels. As the problem of small and micro enterprises is complicated, we want an overall consideration and we put forward the idea of building the service system for them. The proposal is innovative because we suggest the SBA being built in China and the cooperation between city commercial banks and small and micro enterprises.
