Path Analysis of Public Administration Innovation from the Perspective of Gender Harmonious Development in China

Nowadays China is in the period of social transformation. The harmonious development of gender means the male and the female achieve the free and comprehensive development under the premise of equality in gender relations and on the basis of respecting the gender differences. During this process, the status of public administration in gender harmonious relations becomes increasingly prominent because of its public characters, democratic consultation and stronger legitimacy. Public administration benefits the formation and development of the gender harmonious relationship. And it is helpful to the construction of the political balance concerning the gender harmony. What's more, this attaches great importance to the achievement of gender rights. In order to innovate the public administration during the period of social transformation, we have to do followings. Firstly, gender Consciousness and the responsibility consciousness of the gender harmonious development should be incorporated into public administration research and practice in China. Secondly, the public administration mechanism should be improved in the field of politics, economy and culture. Last but not the least, we should learn from applicable theories and draw valuable lessons from other countries' practices.
