摘要
Triaxial tests were carried out on the sandy soils reinforced with cement and random distributed polypropylene fibers. The influence of cement content and curing time on strength properties of cemented sandy soils, the influence of fiber content and fiber aspect ratio on strength properties of fiber-cement reinforced sandy soils are investigated. The test results show that: the yield strength of cemented sandy soils can be significantly improved because of cement inclusion and increases with increasing cement content and curing time. Yield strengthcement content curves and yield strength-curing time curves both appear positive linear. Yield strength of fiber-cement reinforced sandy soils increases with increasing fiber content and fiber aspect ratio. The ductility and hardenability degree both increase with increasing fiber content and are independent of fiber aspect ratio. Yield strength-fiber content curves and yield strength-fiber aspect ratio curves of fiber-cement reinforced sandy soils both appear to be positive linear.
