摘要
Using a sample of 183 supervisor-subordinate dyads collected in China, the paper investigates the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS), organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) based on structural equation model. The results show that, 1) organizational justice has significant positive effect on OCB. Furthermore, the different dimensions of organizational justice have different effects on the different dimensions of OCB, and 2) the relationship between organizational justice and OCB can be partially mediated by POS; moreover the mediate effects are different between the different dimensions of organizational justice and the different dimensions of OCB.
