This paper intends to raise awareness of the need of program training for novices, namely that education professionals become more sensitive to the issues and characteristics of this stage, due to the fact that induction is a part of the professional development process. Purpose of study is to show the inventory of the training methods necessary for effective lifelong learning, gained in the implementation of a multiple choice question taken from the questionnaire administered to teachers from various universities in Romania and Spain. This article focuses on the preliminary phase including a written administration of a questionnaire to a sample 485 teacher. We select four universities according different characteristics. The procedure for data collection has consisted in the application written questionnaire sent by post and email. Final version questionnaire was developed based on the results of the pilot study, consisting of 14 items. For the analysis and interpretation of data, we used SPSS 17.0. Through the responses of participating teachers, transcribed and categorized, let us know the ways that teachers stand out as important for professional development.
