摘要
The objective is to discuss the Professional Development of Teachers in relation to the public policy of the National Education Plan. It examines concepts constructed by Iberian and national researchers on Professional Teacher Development and undertakes analytical efforts around the goals of the National Education Plan (2014-2024). The present analysis involves the results of semi-structured interviews with 90 supervisors of the Institutional Program of Initiatives to Teaching Grants of the municipal and state education network of Minas Gerais, Sao Paulo and Ceara. It concludes by pointing to the gaps left to achieve the goals, the lack of articulation between the federated entities responsible for implementing the plan and the need for the academic and professional community of teachers to deepen their studies and understanding of the programs and policies of Professional Teacher Development.
