摘要
The purpose of this job is to present a historical view about teacher training and public politics training. The documentary studies here developed they sought to delineate, in a historical perspective the initial and continuing training teachers within public politics of education. Introducing the concepts of some authors who defend the articulation of theories knowledge to teachers practice arising, as well as exchange dialogue. The study pointed the possibility of understand that the concept training is susceptible of multiple perspectives and, has been recurrent associete the concept to the personal and professional development, to adquired knowledges in various moments of personal and professional life. They are knowledge that sprout from experience and are validated by it.
