摘要
This paper studies the mechanism and the path of interactions among organizational innovation, core competence and organization performance, Based on the SEM, we do the empirical research on 154 enterprises in South China and try to verify that: the core competence is the mediator variable between organizational innovation and organization performance; organizational innovation has different influence paths on short-term performance and long-term performance.
