摘要：

On the basis of the definition of the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise, propose the theoretical model of in-period and cross-period relationships between organizational innovation and technological innovation in these enterprises, apply the survey data of sample enterprises in two periods of 2007-2010 and 2011-2014, and use the least square regression to analyze and validate the model, The results show: the two types of innovation in high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises often influence each other in the given period, and organizational innovation promotes the adoption of technological innovation in the next period, but not vice versa. The research results provide some references for enterprises to attach great importance to organizational innovation, to coordinate relationships between two types of innovation, and to reasonably adopt relevant innovative strategies in practice.
