摘要
The fused tricyclic indole derivatives (4a and 4b-1 similar to 4b-7) possessing an amino function on the benzo[b]pyrrolizinone or the benzo[b]indolizinone skeleton were synthesized via intramolecular reductive cyclization and Curtius rearrangement, and these compounds exhibited anti-anoxia activity.
