摘要：
This paper attempts to demonstrate that teaching resources can serve as an important agent for teacher cognition and teacher development. Beginning with the analysis of changes caused by educational innovation involving syllabus design and new textbook development, this paper, based on the needs analysis of teachers knowledge, focuses on feasible areas of teacher cognition and teacher development influenced by teaching resources. New teaching materials act as an important agent for the formulating of teacher cognition and the sustainable teacher development.
